Welcome to the Service Design Pathway, where you’ll gain the skills and knowledge needed to design and deliver exceptional services that meet the needs of everyone that will utilise them. In this Pathway, you’ll learn how to take a people-focused approach to service design, applying design thinking methodologies to identify user needs and create innovative solutions. These Pathways are not a linear journey and can be joined where you believe your knowledge lies appropriately.

Our Service Design Pathway is designed to equip you with the tools and techniques you need to succeed in a variety of service design roles. Whether you’re looking to start your career as a service designer or want to enhance your existing skills, our programme offers a comprehensive curriculum that covers multiple aspects of service design.
Throughout the Pathway, you’ll work on mock projects, collaborate with industry experts and fellow course-goers to help that mindset shift of developing practical solutions that meet the needs of your clients.
