Description
The Digital Scotland Service Standard is helping teams and organisations think differently about how they approach the development of products and services, putting people at the heart of delivery, and adopting tools and processes to promote flexibility, sustainability and continuous improvement.
The course will enhance your understanding of the Service Standard, and help you think about what you need to do to provide the narrative you need to tell about what you have considered and the evidence you will need when you are developing your service. It will help you to understand the intent of the Standard and how you can demonstrate your understanding of the Standard.
This course does not identify solutions, it will help teams think about what they need to do to work towards the Standard.
We have found that you will benefit more from this course if you have attended our Digital Scotland Service Standard Awareness course of have practical experience of working in a team or organisation building products or services that align with the Service Standard.

At the end of the course you will have gained a deeper understanding of the Service Standard to achieve our goal of inclusive, accessible and joined-up public services.
