Cyber Scotland Week 2022 #CSW2022

The Scottish Digital Academy supports Cyber Scotland Week, 28th February to 6th March 2022.

Post by Lee Dunn, Head of the Scottish Digital Academy

The Scottish Digital Academy is supporting Cyber Scotland Week by illustrating a range of courses and learning opportunities for those working across the public and third sectors in Scotland.

We recognise that everyone needs cyber skills and an awareness of information security and that for some working in a Digital, Data or Technology (DDaT) role, specialised technical knowledge and skills are required to protect data and personal as well as organisational assets. We included cyber as a key priority area in our business planning in summer 2021 and our current cyber offer covers a range of courses at varying skill levels. This will continue to grow into the next academic year. We have also partnered with the Scottish Business Resilience Centre to signpost to their education and professional learning courses, programmes and workshops.

For more information about these learning opportunities, follow the links provided or contact us if you wish to talk to us.

You can find out more about Cyber Scotland Week via https://cyberscotlandweek.com/ or read about Cyber Security at GCHQ.

Did you know? The Scottish Council of Voluntary Organisations offers a course on Cyber Resilience?

Cyber Scotland Week draws together events across Scotland designed to make businesses, organisations and individuals more cyber aware and resilient.
