During this course you will explore the connections between your product or service goal and vision and how you can create a compelling product roadmap for your proposed services.
Who is it for?
This course is for anyone working in the public or third sectors in Scotland. Although the course is aligned to the DDaT Profession Capability Framework, you do not need to be a DDaT professional to attend. The course is suitable for anyone wishing to learn more about developing a product roadmap.
What are the benefits?
By attending the course, you will learn:
- A basic understanding of what product roadmaps look like and why they drive value to the user.
- To understand the context of why product roadmaps add value to the organisation and users.

The course is delivered as follows:
- Online delivery via MS Teams
- Regular breaks during training
