You will explore the connections between your product or service goal and vision and how you can create a compelling product roadmap for your proposed services, how to consider elements of the product life cycle and connecting the vision to your product backlog whilst exploring the tasks and stories that drive value to your users.

Course Aims and Objectives

You will have a basic understanding of what product roadmaps look like and why they drive value to the user.

You will understand the context of why product roadmaps add value to the organisation and the users.
