What will my 2 days look like?

  • Through interactive activities and real-world simulations, you’ll work in teams while you delve into the fundamentals of building a new product from inception to prototype testing.
  • On Day 2, the majority of the course time will be spent on working with your team building up to a final presentation.  On the whole, we estimate 50% working with your team in breakout room and 50% will be spent learning together.  You will be supported by your facilitators throughout these 2 days.
  • In order to make the most of this course, you should feel at ease collaborating with team members while organising tasks within an entirely activity-based setting utilising breakout rooms on Microsoft Teams and Mural.
  • We recommend having your camera on during the course as you will be part of a team, working together in a small group.

What will I learn:

During this learning journey, you will develop insights and skills, encompassing:

  • Remembering techniques for productive meetings and workshops, including strategies for team setup and effective communication.
  • Understanding methods for identifying user needs and validating them, along with crafting product visions to guide development.

  • Analysing risks, communication strategies, and workflow management techniques to mitigate issues and ensure transparency with stakeholders.
