Description

This online course introduces digital and agile ways of working for anyone working in public services. You will explore the ideas, values and principles we need to adopt to deliver services. 

This course will cover and build upon the Curious about Agile course content, if you have attended the Curious about Agile course, please expect some overlap of training information.

You will learn

  • Agile values and principles – with online versions of the classroom exercises
  • When is agile applicable
  • The key differences between traditional methods and iterative incremental

Outcomes 

  • Describe what digital means in public services 
  • Examine the myths that surround agile 
  • Understand the values and principles needed to support agile ways of working 
  • Identify next steps

Equipment Needed

  • Laptop, desktop, or tablet that can access MS Teams
  • Google account (recommended)
  • Smartphones not suitable
