Description

The Digital Scotland Service Standard has helped organisations think differently about how they approach developing products and services, putting people at the heart of delivery, and adopting tools and processes to promote flexibility, sustainability and continuous improvement.  

Who is it for?

This course is for anyone working in the public or third sectors in Scotland. Although the course is aligned to the DDaT Profession Capability Framework, you do not need to be a DDaT professional to attend. The course is suitable for anyone wishing to learn more about the Digital Scotland Service Standard.

What are the benefits?

By attending the course, you will: 

  • Gain a better understanding of what a service is, the 14 criteria of the Digital Scotland Service Standard, and how teams and organisations can use them to move closer to the goal of inclusive, accessible and joined-up public services.

Delivery format

The course is delivered as follows:

  • Regular breaks during training
