Description

This workshop looks at key concepts when discussing efficiencies associated with content operations and at how the intersections between strategic decisions, editorial integrity, and infrastructure affect the effectiveness of developing information that meets the ever-rising expectations of end users.

Preparing content for human use via AI-mediated search requires particular attention to certain creation techniques, both structural and semantic, to be effective. But whether content is being delivered to multiple contexts, to multiple audiences, or re-used in multiple channels, the processes often have common roots.

We will identify eight common types of waste, look at high-efficiency content ecosystems, and examine ways to deliver quality content at pace using the principles of intelligent content.

The presentation is delivered by Rahel Anne Bailie, a content strategy consultant known for her expertise in content operations, who brings her three decades of experience to the table.
