Standardised Job Descriptions

We’re standardising DDaT job descriptions across our profession. This workstream will provide resources that can be adopted across the public and third sectors to support recruitment and consistency in job roles.

 

What progress have we made?

 

 

This workstream forms part of the Scottish Government Digital Programme and is now in beta.

Standardised job roles will help to streamline our recruiting and hiring processes and it will help ensure that payment of the supplement is applied fairly across all the different families in the profession and parts of the organisation.
