Digital Scotland Service Standards Drop-in Session
Drop-in sessions for teams preparing for or completing their Digital Scotland Service Standards assessment.Live online
Description
A Digital Scotland Service Standard (DSSS) assessment can be daunting, especially the first time you go through the process. We know that every project is different and it’s natural to have questions about the DSSS standard criteria and the process itself.
The drop-ins are facilitated by DSSS experts who will help guide you on approach and answer questions about the assessment process. The experts won’t be able to review specific artefacts or provide templates but they can provide advice on approach and the type of evidence that will be looked for during an assessment. Attendance at the drop-in does not guarantee a successful assessment outcome but it should prove helpful in your preparation for the assessment.
If you have no prior knowledge of DSSS it is recommended that you should attend the Digital Scotland Service Standard Awareness course first.
Course Aims and Objectives
These drop-in sessions are for those who will be submitting a service to DSSS assessment in the near future and have a question about DSSS criteria or the assessment process.
You will be asked to submit a question in advance, which will be answered by the relevant expert(s) during the session. Where applicable resources for additional information can be provided.
